Reservation reminders

    This system provides services including making reservations, reviewing the reservation history and cancellations. No same-day reservations. Notice will be posted if the opening hours are adjusted.

    After submitting your reservations, the system will generate a “reservation reference number” and will send a confirmation letter to the email address you provide. Please retain the confirmation letter (printout or screenshot also recommended).

    For visitors planning for in-depth viewing of the site, while selecting time slot for your visit, please keep in mind that the last entry is at 16:30.

Ticket pick-up and payment

    Print-at-home tickets are not available. Please present your “reservation reference number” at check-in in exchange for your physical tickets.

    Payment is upon exchanging your physical tickets at check-in. Cash only.

  • 3

    Discount tickets require valid IDs for validation. Visitors who are unable to present valid IDs will pay for full price instead.

    Admission tickets are required for entrance. Tickets are only valid as the date printed. For the same-day re-entry, please ask the staffs for hand stamp before you exit.

Cancellation

    In the case of force majeure events that cause Pei Gun Hall’s temporary closure, the system will automatically cancel your reservation.

Refund

    No refund for tickets issued and used.

  • 2

    Please keep your physical tickets safe. No reissuing if your tickets are lost, damaged or unreadable.

Certificate for Payment

  • 1

    Groups require a “Certificate for Payment” need to request for the certificate at check-in. One certificate per group. No issuance after checked in.

    Individual visitor who receives individual physical ticket can use the ticket as the proof of payment. All physical tickets are printed with date, ticket price and ticket numbers.

    Certificate of Payment is for accounting purpose only, for detail ticket prices and restrictions please refer to “Plan Your Visit” page. Certificate of Payment is not an admission ticket.

Reservation Protection Policy

To protect prospect visitors’ equal opportunity and to insure the quality of viewing, Pei Gui Hall reserves the right to cancel the reservation and/or to clam damages if someone:

    Make bulk reservations and cancel at short notice.

    Resell or transfer the reservation reference numbers for profitable purposes.

  • 3

    Had violated the Visitor Guidelines and had deliberately neglected the directions by the staffs.

Visitor Guidelines

Pei Gui Hall invites all visitors to partake the responsibility for the safety and tidiness of this historic site.
CCTV is installed throughout the site. Pei Gui Hall reserves the right to refuse or revoke the admission of any visitor who violates the following guidelines:

    Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, and open fire are NOT allowed in the site, both indoor and outdoor spaces. Food and drinks are NOT permitted in all indoor galleries.

    Weapons and hazardous materials are NOT permitted into the site.

  • 3

    Touching, damaging, stealing any exhibited item or any part of buildings in this historical site, Pei Gui Hall reserves the right to report to government authority.

    Conducts that pose any risk or disturbance to other visitors, such as excessive alcohol consumption, rough play, disruptive behavior, littering, spitting, public urination, tree climbing and flower picking are prohibited.

    Recreational equipments, such as kite, balls, frisbee, remote controlled toys, are NOT allowed in the site.

    NOT pets, except service animals, are allowed.

  • 7

    All private events must contact Pei Gui Hall in advance for approval. Unauthorized events, speeches, exhibitions, theater performances, camping, leafletting, picketing, charitable or business solicitations, and all commercial activities are prohibited.

    Photographing and videoing for private, non-commercial use is allowed on the site. Use of flash, selfie sticks, and tripods are NOT permitted in the indoor galleries.

    Due to the status of historic site and space restraints, wheelchair users and visitors who need step-free entrance please request assistance from the staff via internet in advance.

    In case of earthquake, fire or other emergency, please follow the staff’s instructions for evacuation.

    Pei Gui Hall reserves the right to modify the Visitor Guidelines.
